混合试验仪法现在成为中国国标GB/T 37511-2019 《 粮油检验  小麦粉面团流变学特性测试    混合试验仪法》。感谢国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院等团队的工作。这意味着吹泡仪、破损淀粉仪和混合试验仪的测试方法都是中国正式批准的检测方法。
